Project Life Layout, September 10 - September 16 {Week 37}

September 10 - Laid down on the ground to get this one.  I thought is was neat to have the moon in the background.

September 11 - I will say that since turning my life around for the better (healthy), my kids are starting to adopt it as well.  This is my 7 year old, she always wants to play this game where I tell her what to do and she just does it.  Here, it is push up time.

September 12 - Before I was heading to Utah for a few days, I made a few batches of meatballs.  I should say, my kids did.  I have always said that I would involve m kids in the kitchen and to be quite honest they love it.  (I have taught them about raw meat)  Making meatballs is a favorite of my son's!  His wife will love him if he keeps that up 20 years from now...:)

September 13 - I have no picture!  I completely meant to snap a picture of me packing for my trip to Utah and didn't.

September 14 - On my sister in law's camera.  Some fun shots taken of us three girls at Applebee's.

September 15 - Sitting in Minneapolis waiting for our flight to Salt Lake City.

September 16 - I def have more than one for this day but chose two.  Here is my 'coach' Katie.  Loved her and she helped me incredibly over the summer to become alot more knowledgeable in all areas of nutrition and fitness.

I felt a little bit out of my element here.  This was the gala supper.  WOW WOW WOW!!!  Just incredible.  You can check out my blog post here to find out more detail of my trip to Utah.

{Week 37} onto {Week 38}.

Project Life Layout, September 3 - September 9 {Week 36}

September 3 - My two boys gathered their little cars and trucks and monster trucks and layed them all out.  Surprising how many there are!

September 4 - So I am not sure what is happening here, but the frogs are HUGE!  They are everywhere.

First Day of Grade 2!

First Day of Grade 4!

First day of Grade 1!

September 5 - A relative that we haven't seen in years (since I was a little tyke myself) came for a visit.  How nice!!

September 6 - Today was a fun craft day.  The kids made their own custom notebooks.  I have alot of scrapbooking paper so I let them each pick out their choice paper, then I cut to size and used mod podge.  They LOVE their books!

September 7 - Learning about creation in science.

September 8 - My son fell asleep in his sisters bed.  He looks so cozy in there!

September 9 - Had Jon's sister and husband over for supper and these two and their daddy's went out and a good long ride in the valley and surrounding area.

{Week 36} ends and {Week 37} Begins!

Project Life Layout, August 27 - September 2 {Week 35}

August 27 - Someone doesn't like their beets....:)!

August 28 - A few friends over after Sunday School for a fun play date.

August 29 - We had bought one of these for dad last year, then got some for ourselves.  These little rc choppers are alot of fun for the kids and their daddy!

August 30 - School is just around the corner for us and I have to plan, plan some more, organize, organize some more, oh yah, and organize some more.  This is how I operate.  I need organization to know where I am, where I am going and how I am going to get there.  Homeschool 3 kids (the youngest is in kindergarten next fall) needs organization, structure and fun.  So, I spent alot of hours making my homeschooling schedule binder that has everything - every assignment, every work page, etc scheduled right to the end of the year.  Yay!

August 31 - Spent an evening riding with some cousins.

September 1 - These little swallows have been living on the side of our house (above the garage) for just over a month.  They are out growing their next and will be leaving soon, I love how it looks like they are posing for me.  Two days after this picture, they were all gone.

September 2 - The apple season is winding down.  Still some clumps on the tree.

{Week 35} done, onto {Week 36}.
